Nikita Ariganello
Hi there! My name is Nikita, and I want to acknowledge the courageous steps you’ve taken to arrive here. I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from therapy, whether working through complicated life issues, managing mental health and stress, or fostering growth and reflection in your life. I work with clients, from youth to adults, in creating a brave space where you can bring your vulnerable and authentic self without judgement or biases. In my practice, I believe it’s important to integrate all parts of the self, from the mind, body and soul, and explore what creates deep meaning in your life.
I provide a safe space and inclusivity to all, from those of different cultural backgrounds, 2SLGBTQ+ communities, and faith backgrounds, from adolescents to adults, working through a variety of concerns or issues, such as grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, loneliness, low-self-esteem, relationships (family, work, friends), to learning to regulate emotions, understand one’s self and support in daily life. While I integrate a variety of modalities, I work one-on-one with clients to create goals and see what works best for the individual. With a trauma-informed approach, I believe person-centred therapy is important, as you’re the expert on your own story.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You might not have all the words yet—or even know exactly where to start—and that’s okay.
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I work with individuals navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, life transitions, and the impact of past experiences. Many of the clients I work with feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand—whether that’s overthinking, difficulty regulating emotions, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
My approach to therapy is integrative and collaborative. This means I tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from different approaches while we work together to better understand your experiences. I aim to balance insight and practical strategies—helping you not only make sense of what’s going on, but also build tools you can use in your everyday life.
I value creating a space that feels grounded, supportive, and non-judgmental. Therapy with me is not about having the “right” things to say, but about being able to show up honestly, at your own pace. I see therapy as a shared process—one where you bring your experiences, and I help guide exploration, understanding, and change.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’ll take it one step at a time.

Currently, all new clients will be on a waitlist.
Hello, my name is Jas, and I am the Clinical Director of Measuring What Matters. As a Registered Psychotherapist, my mission as the founder and owner of this clinic was always to create a space in our community that celebrated our differences instead of blaming them for our stresses.
Finding the right counsellor can be an intimidating process. When you know what to look for and understand what would best suit your specific concerns, choosing a counsellor can be a positive and productive first step on your way to better mental health. And if you do not know, well that is why I am here.
My approach is built on a foundation of connecting and providing a space free of judgement and open to honest dialogue. The power of conversation is genuinely something I believe in wholeheartedly. When we have the courage to speak up and work on our internal struggles, we lead the path to our happiness. Using a Cognitive Behavioural and Human Centered Approach, the sessions will be rooted in collaboration and trust. Your healing is my top priority. We are all on our own paths of happiness, and during our time together, you will never be alone on your mental health journey.
Together we will focus on what matters and eliminate the rest.
